Before working with Alex I hit several plateaus. My technique was off, I was constantly injured and I wasn’t making the progress that I wanted to. After our first program block, I had made more gainz and felt better in the gym than ever. Before my cutting phase, he guided me to a 250 lb bench and a big rep PR of 225×6 at his bench competition. Then through my cut we got to a 245 lb Squat, 365 lb Hex Bar Deadlift, 315 lb Straight Bar Deadlift, and a 135 lb OHP. All of these PR’s were set at the end of my cut too, roughly 80lbs lighter than the last time I touched numbers like that.
